Fog collector (cloud net)

A vertical mesh net (UV-resistant agricultural shade cloth) strung taut between two posts intercepts suspended fog droplets, which run down the mesh into a gutter and gravity-feed a storage tank sited downhill, genuinely site- and climate-dependent. The reference installation (an Atacama desert fog-oasis research station) averages roughly 8L/m2/day, but yield depends entirely on local fog frequency and wind, which would need to be measured on-site over time before this is relied on as more than an opportunistic supplementary source. Normandy's oceanic climate does produce coastal/valley fog, but at nowhere near desert-fog-belt frequency, and no site-specific data exists yet, flagged honestly rather than assumed viable.
