• Deep pile / screwed-pile foundation: Transfers load below the clay-active zone (min. 0.8-1.2m per exposure); individually adjustable/relevelable.
• Skid or point-support foundation: Structure not rigidly fixed to the ground; sidesteps soil-movement transfer rather than resisting it.
